Wilma Oneda Taylor, 94, of Maryville born February 12, 1927, and passed away January 14, 2022. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Taylor; parents, Rev. Carl and Johnnie Heaton; sisters, Edna Flanagan, Edith Baldwin, Rosalind Loy, Geneva Wrynes, and Maxine Heaton; brothers, Andrew Heaton, Herman Heaton, Sam Heaton and Gordon Heaton. She is survived by her daughter, Dian (Dale) Hufham of Friendsville; brother, Hubert Heaton of Friendsville; and several nieces and nephews. She was a wonderful mother and a friend. Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Shady Grove Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Pastor Tim Townsend of Turner Street Baptist Church.
