William H. "Bill" O'Neal, age 76 has left this Earth and gone to join his friends and family in Hillbilly Heaven.  Those who knew Bill will remember his love of Jack Greene music and his passion for wristwatches. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Lou Greene O'Neal and brothers, Danny Charles and Jackie.  He is survived by his brother, John W.; nieces, Heather and Jessica; and nephews, Jake and Jordan.  He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.  A celebration of life service for William's and his brother Jack's, who passed away in May of 2020, will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Everett High Parks & Rec Center from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
