William C. Farr Sr., of Maryville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, at the age of 92. Born on July 6, 1932, William proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army.

William was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Shirley Farr; his son, William Farr Jr.; and his parents, William and Nora, and his brother and sisters. He is survived by his sisters, Brenda and Rita, grandsons, Derek and Tyler Farr and two granddaughters and extended loved ones.

Known for his kind heart and warm spirit, William was loved by many and considered a friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A call of convenience will be held from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM on January 6, 2025, at Miller Funeral Home in Maryville. William will be placed to rest at Morganton cemetery in Greenback.  Arrangements made by Miller Funeral Home 915 W. Broadway Maryville, TN 37801.
