Troy McCall Howard, 87, of Maryville, born December 28, 1934, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Blount Memorial Hospital.  He was a retired construction worker and a charter member of Turner Street Baptist Church.  He enjoyed exploring, whittling, telling, and hearing stories.

Preceded in death by parents, Hugh and Olace Williams Howard, wife, Velma Sparks Howard, brother, Hazel (Haze) Howard, sisters, Gladys Howard Cambell, Jean Howard Tipton.

Survived by sons and daughters-in-law Ronnie and Sharon Howard of Maryville, Rick, and Pam Howard of Oliver Springs, four grandchildren and spouses Jason and Randi Howard of Friendsville, Chris Howard of Maryville, Tawania Howard of Maryville, Laken, and Jake Stubbs of Clinton, Cindel and Matt Carter of Pioneer, TN.  Fifteen great grandchildren, Jason, Dustin and Nathan Howard of Maryville, Jaxson and Colby Howard of Ft. Myers, Florida, Adrian, Ava, Aubrey, Arwen, Asher, Alana, Adelyn, and Amelia Stubbs of Clinton, Briley, and Drake Carter of Pioneer.  Brother-in-law Don and Nancy Sparks of Maryville, many nieces, nephews, church family and friends.  Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Turner Street Baptist Church. Pastor Tim Townsend will be officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday at Grandview Cemetery
