Teresa Karen Crabtree, of Maryville, went to her heavenly home one week shy of her 74th birthday at Blount Memorial Hospital, Maryville.  She was of Baptist faith.  She retired from the University of Tennessee, after 19 years of service.  She was preceded in death by father, J.D. Crabtree; mother, Lucille Waters Crabtree; and brother-in-law, Charles E. Dockery whom she dearly loved.

Survivors include, son, John E. Renfro, and daughter-in-law, Stacey Renfro; granddaughter, Peighton P. Renfro all of Parker, CO; son, Phillip Allen Renfro of Maryville; her sister, best friend, and caregiver, Judith Crabtree Dockery of Maryville; and her precious Shih Tzu, Sassy Rose.

Teresa will be missed by her many special friends, Judy Helton, David and Candy Chandler, Dale and Rhonda Peabody, Becky and Steve Deck, Steve and Cindy Tipton, David, Sissy, Jesse, and Garrett Garland; and her caregiver, Maggie Garland whom she thought of as a daughter, Wilma Renfro all of Maryville, Larry and Kay Pender of Louisville, TN Brett and Cindy Stockdale of Jackson, TN, Marylenna and Bill Honeycutt of Kodak, TN.  She loved her cousins, Phyllis Myers and Kim White of Maryville.  She thought the world of her extended Dockery family.

UT football and Lady Vol's and Men's basketball were her favorite sports.  Her favorite past time was talking on the telephone with her friends.
