Sherman Holt age 84 passed away July 15th at his family home.

He is preceded in death by his parents Wiliam and Fanny Holt and brother Phillip Holt.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Ruth Holt, children; Betsy Griffith (Bob), Dennis Holt (Jenn), Will Holt (Heather) and seven other children; many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren too numerous to name, which he loved so much; Siblings Carolyn Neilson, Arvid Holt, Dan Holt, Willie Baldry, Tom Holt,  and Kenny Holt; along with many friends at Rocky Branch Community Center.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday July the 18th service to follow at 1:00 PM. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery 3500 Tazewell Pike Knoxville TN Thursday at 3:00.
