Sharon Rathbone Van-tuyl died Sunday July 14, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Eva and Sherrill Rathbone and spouses Bill Blazier, Angelo Arwood and Steve Van-tuyl. The death of her only child, a male named Andy Blazier was by far the most difficult for her to accept. Sharon was a longtime employee of UPS until her retirement. She is survived by many cousins, one of whom, Allen Burchfield, will be leading Sharon's graveside service which will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday July 17 at Clark's Grove Cemetery in Rockford. Special thanks to her friend and caregiver Matt Lassater. She was a sweet soul who is probably dancing the Streets of Gold with Andy and the rest of the family.
