Saris Andrew "Andy" Fields, age 77, of Maryville passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022 at his home.  He was a retired mechanic from Ditch Witch and a member of the National Guard Reserve.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Mae and Lee Otis Fields Sr.; wife, Beverly; son, Kenny; sisters, Gayle and Pat; brothers, Benton, Jim and Junior.

He is survived by his son, Melvin (Andrea) Fields; daughter, Melissa Bailey; grandchildren, Preston (Samantha), Kenna, Johnathan (Staysha), Bradley, Arieana, and Chloe; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Ella, Liam, Bug, Braxton, Adalee, Oaklynn, and Dixie; brothers, Curt and Jarvis; sisters, Febia and Peggy (Randy); special sister and brother-in-law, John and Jane; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  A special thanks to Blount Memorial Hospice nurse Amy and special friend Gary Cooper.

Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Gary Cooper officiating.  Interment will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
