Samuel Lynn Carver, 71, of Greenback passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022 quietly at home.  He was of the Baptist faith and served our country in the US Air Force and Air National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elzie and Dorothy Carver; brothers, Jim Carver and Tim Carver.  He is survived by his wife of 49 loving years, Kathy Carver; daughters, Misty (Rex) Clifton, and Samantha (Donny) Parker; sons, Joshua Carver and Timothy Carver; grandchildren, Ericka Coada, Trevor Clifton, Donny Parker, Bentley Carver, and Koda Carver; great-grandchildren, Anastasia Clifton, Alyssa Coada, Michael Clifton, and Meredith Coada; sister, Joann (Joe) Ramsey; brother, Thomas (Judy) Carver; special brother-in-law, Thomas Lafountain; and many other family in New York and Florida, and many nieces and nephews.  He was a beloved member of the welding family of Alloy Fabrications in Clinton, TN.  In lieu of flowers, please send live plants to Kathy Carver, 10020 Meadow Rd West, Greenback, TN 37742.  There will be no funeral services but everyone is welcome to come over and pay their respects at the family home.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
