Rudolph Kenneth Atkins, age 97, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord, Monday, December 2, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Skidmore Atkins; daughter, Linda Cooper; parents, Conda Lee and Helen Fanny Jane Atkins; brothers, CL Atkins and Don Atkins; sisters, Geraldine Malone and Hazel Hughes; and son-in-law, Marty Gregory.

He is survived by his children, Myra Myers, Norma (Jimmy) Cowan, JoAnn Lane, Betty Gregory, Randy (Wenora) Atkins, Rhonda (Steve) Byrd, and Sandy (Tim) Clark; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sister, Imogene Atkins; brother, Alvin Atkins; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Miller Funeral Home.  Interment service will be held 11:00 AM Friday at Grandview Cemetery, Rev. Jimmy Malone and Rev. Eddie Malone officiating.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
