Rachel Bernice Hunt, 87, of Louisville passed away on January 8, 2024.  Born in Friendsville on April 4, 1936 to Roy A. Hunt and Carmen Finger Hunt.  Rachel graduated from Friendsville High School and retired from UT Hospital Central Supply.

Preceded in death by her parents, brothers, William "Billy", Lester, and Chester Hunt, sister-in-law, Anna Hunt; and brothers-in-law, Kenneth Morrison and Richard Smith.

She is survived by her son, Greg (Missy) Hunt; granddaughter, Brittany (Travis) Shuler; great-grandchildren, Emma Rose, Landon and Hudson Shuler all of Seymour; siblings, Raymond (Ann) Hunt of Maryville, Claude Hunt of Friendsville, Helen Keltz of Texas, Thelma (John) Ridley of Powell, and Mary Ann Smith of Clinton.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, January 22, 2024 at Zion Chapel Cemetery, Rev. Jim Malone officiating.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
