Phyllis Kathleen "Kathy" Fields, age 78, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord, Monday, November 14, 2022.

She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.  Kathy was preceded in death by mother, Mary Ella Self; and son-in-law, Jeffrey S. Foster.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Doug Fields; children, Wendell (Sharon) Fields, Sonda Foster, Regina (David) Taylor; grandchildren, Jessica Fields, Matthew (Ashley) Foster, Megan Taylor, Josh Foster, Caitlin Fields, and Madeline Taylor; five great-grandchildren; special friend, Ganna Kidd; and several nieces and nephews.  A special thanks to UT Hospice.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Rev. Monte Stephens officiating.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
