Norman was born in Maryville, Tennessee, on August 25, 1961, to Arvel and Lena Franklin Hearon. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Irene Rauhuff (Paul), Martha Stott, Shirley Wilburn, Joyce Tipton, Darlene Whitehead (Tommy); brothers, Earl, Woodrow, Clifford (Peggy), George, Billy Wayne, and Arvel Jr.

He is survived by son, Alan (Haley); two granddaughters, Morgan and Anna; Alan’s mother Ronda, sister, Charlene Evans (Bill); brothers, Alvin (Liz), Marcus (Kim), Curtis (Tammy); sister-in-law, Claudine Hearon; brothers-in-law, Gene Wilburn and Brickey Tipton; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Norman's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be remembered for the life he shared with his family and the many memories they made together.

The family will be having a Graveside on Saturday October 10,2026 at Happy Valley Missionary Baptist Church at 2:00 PM. Arrangements made by Miller Funeral Home Maryville, TN.

He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
