Williams, Naomi Caroline died at home on Friday afternoon, February 13, 2026. Carol was a member of Birchfield Church and enjoyed helping people.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harbert Earl Sexton and Edna Muriel (Payne) Sexton and her brother Clarence Sexton.

Carol is survived by her husband of 23 years, Luther Williams; and her seven step-children, Sandra Davis, Gerald Williams, Teresa Lynch, Jim Williams, Jeff Williams, John Williams, and Jack Williams; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; her brother; Joe Sexton; precious friend, Margaret. Special thanks to the members of Birchfield Church and Allegheny Church for all their help.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel on Friday, February 20, 2026, and the funeral service will be at 7:00 PM with Rev Tommy Carrol officiating and Mike Emert delivering the eulogy. Family and friends will meet at Allegheny Church Cemetery on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM for the interment service. Miller Funeral Home of Maryville in charge of arrangements.
