Misty Michelle Malone, age 49, of Louisville passed away at Blount Memorial on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.  Misty was a graduate of Heritage High School and was a member of the Color Guard and the Choir. She was preceded in death by her best friend, Michael Hess, mother, Karen Lloyd; father, Mike Malone.

Misty is survived by her daughters, Destiny Wood, Angel Haggard, Ashley Haggard, and Myka Moats; lifelong partner, Daivd "Pup" Koontz; siblings, Jackie Fouts and Jody Johnson; co-parent, Dewey Moats and Jeremy Wood; grandchildren, Camiyah Horne, Lucas Cockrell, Aubriella Raines, Tristan Moats, and Zayden Caba.

There will be a celebration of life Friday, August 1, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Louisville Pointe Park for all Misty's friends and family.
