Melvin Arthur Fields, age 77, of Alcoa passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Ova Crye Fields.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Clara Fields; children, Vince Fields, Lisa (Rob) Riddle, Becky Fields, Joel (Jeanie) Fields, and Kris (Debbie) Fields; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Aubrey (Joyce) Fields; sisters, Juanita Hawk, Mary Baker, Janie (Ed) Fields-Shore; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, interment will follow at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
