Mary Joann White went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 12, 2024.  She was a long-time member of Allegheny Loop Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert White; parents, George Rudd and Goldie Payne; son, Staton McHaffie; and several brothers, sisters, and grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her children, Angie (Kevin) Thomas, Carolyn (Michael) Paris, Chet (Debbie) McHaffie Jr., Lisa (John) Graham, Tracy (Mark) Leigh, Tina (Casey) Cunningham; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family; and special best friends, Cathy Russell and Gail Mullins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday at Allegheny Loop Baptist Church, interment to follow at 3:00 PM in the church cemetery, with Rev. Dean Mullins officiating. Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
