Mary Elizabeth Garrett went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2025.  We rejoice in knowing she is in Heaven, fully healed and at peace, because she put her faith in Jesus Christ. Mary is preceded in death by: Mother Reba Mae Garrett, Father Glenn Garrett, Siblings Avery Garrett, Lee Morton, Joan Carver, Howard Morton, Brenda Espinosa. She is survived by her loving companion & father of her four sons Rufus "Cecil" Willis, Greg Willis (Natalie), Tracy Willis (Susan), James Willis (Cheri), Dwight Willis (Kylie), Justin (Mary Jo) McCulloch, twenty-one grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, Siblings Richard Garrett, Grayson Garrett, many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Bobby & Loretta Whitehead for caring for our mother. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday October 12, 2025, from 5-7 PM with funeral service at 7:00 PM at Knob Road Baptist Church with James Willis and Marcus Little officiating.
