Martha Ann Russell, age 67, of Knoxville passed away suddenly, Thursday, August 20, 2026 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor McMahan and Fannie Loveday; grandmother, Willie Herron; son, Daniel Santana; granddaughter, Neriya Santana; and sister, Mary Jane Burchfield.

She is survived by her children, Rebecca Russell and Samuel Russell; grandchildren, Alexis Ogle, Nezmariyah Santana, Malikk Santana, Samuel Russell Jr., Kyla Russell, and Kayden Russell; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Buchanan, John Buchanan Jr., and Mylo O’Brien; siblings, Vickie McMahan, Harvey McMahan, Fred McMahan, and Calvin McMahan; and special cousin, Pat Owens.

A private service will be held at Crossroads Tabernacle Cemetery.
