Louis Puma, 85, of Maryville, passed away peacefully at home on September 13, 2026.
Lou was preceded in death by his father, Alexander Puma, and his mother, Anna Puma.
He is survived by the love of his life and devoted wife of 55 years, Parris Puma; his children, Connie Puma, Sherry and Bob Price, Missy Puma Jones, Vincent Louis Brown, and Becky Baker; his grandchildren, Danielle and David Rea, Zachary and Brianna Jones, and Justin Jones; and his great-grandchildren, Savannah Rea, Trevor Cannon, Spencer Jones, Ezra Lance, Taylor Rea, and Tate Romero.
He is also survived by other family members, many dear friends, including Lara Romero, and a host of cousins.
Lou held a special place in the hearts of his friends from “The Breakfast Club,” including Gilbert Schmerber and Tom Nankervis.
Lou was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Lou was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America AACA and Smoky Mountain Classic Thunderbird Club SMCTC. Lou will also be missed by many personal friends and Classic car lovers.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, September 21, 2026, with the service starting at 7:00 PM with Rev. Zach Allen officiating at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel. Interment will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday September 22, 2026 at Centenary Cemetery.
