Linda "Carol" Hearon Kron, born March 15, 1953, departed this life for her Heavenly home on July 30, 2024.  She was a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.  Carol will forever be remembered for her kindness and sweet smile.

Preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Charles "Chigger" Kron; parents, Marlow and Ada Hearon; brother, Larry Hearon; and sister-in-law, Carolyn "Pinky" Hearon.

Survived by her sister, Anita (Paul) Clark; brother, Dwaine Hearon; and several nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Rev. Scott Linginfelter and Rev. Clifton Hearon officiating.  Interment will follow at Centenary Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 910 Walker School Rd. Maryville, TN 37803.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
