Lewis Kenneth Yunker Jr. (Kenny) age 63, of Maryville, TN passed away after his long battle with cancer on February 3, 2025 surrounded by his family and friends.

Kenny was born in Maryville and graduated from Maryville High School in 1979. He spent his time competitively swimming and playing football in his youth. Kenny loved traveling with his wife for the last 41 years, spending time at the lake, Tennessee Football and watching his grandkids play sports and attending their school events.

Kenny was preceded in death by his father Lewis Kenneth Yunker, mother Barbara Lambert Yunker, sister Susan Thompson and brother-in-law, Tommy Thompson.

He is survived by his loving wife Gail Yunker, daughter Hayley Lind, son-in-law Kurt Lind, and grandchildren Kurt Jr., Scarlett and Carson.

The family will be holding a service to commemorate Kenny's life on Sunday February 9, 2025 at Fairview United Methodist Church in Maryville at 4:00 pm with a receiving of friends to follow.
