Leslie E. Goddard, 65, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022, peacefully at home.  He loved his family, the mountains, and the outdoors, especially fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Ponda Goddard; daughters, Elizabeth (Sam) Martlock of Maryville and Kimberly Goddard of Maryville; brothers, Sam Goddard of Maryville and Duncan (Ann) Goddard of Maryville; sisters, Billie Jean of Chattanooga, GA and Becky of Rockford; best friend, Mark Graham; devoted brother and sister-in-law, Don and Josie Hogue; grandchildren; Tyler, Hunter, Riley, Xander, Renalei, Andrew, and Sara; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Juanita Goddard; sister, Mary Ann Harless.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to UT Hospice in Leslie's name.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
