Lawson, Juanita H. Effler, age 93 of Walland went to be with her Lord on Friday, June 17, 2022 after an extended illness. Ms. Lawson passed away at her family home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sheridan Lawson, infant son Samuel, granddaughter Leah, Mother and father Daisy and Harrison Effler, brothers Amos and Otis Effler, sisters Lizzie Ledbetter, Zela McClanahan, and Cordia Buchanan. Survivors include: Daughters and sons-in-law Paulette and David Ledbetter, Ella and the late Walter Carver, Joyce and Guy Bayless, Janet and Ben Cooper and Bonita and Frank Stehle; son Vance Lawson. Surviving grandchildren: David Ledbetter, Jr., Stephanie and Chris Hagamon, Bucky and Sommer Bayless, Tommy Cooper, Sammy Cooper, Traci Lawson, Josh Stehle and Jesse and Lindsey Stehle, brother Frank and Betty Effler, plus several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Kevin Turner and staff and Hospice staff especially Ms. Melissa for her special care and kindness to our mom. Funeral service will be Sunday June 19th at 7:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel with Reverend Wayne Sexton officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held Monday June 20th at 11:00 AM at Grandview Cemetery.
