Jesse E. Watkins, age 78, of Maryville passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022.  He was an avid Bear hunter and loved by children all around.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jonnie Watkins; parents, Kate and Jess Watkins; brother, Robert Bolinger; sisters, Jo Ann Garland, Athalene Drew, and Wilma Sue Myers.

He is survived by his children, Vicky (Donnie) Radford and Darrell Watkins; grandchildren, Derek Radford and Jason Murphy; great grandchildren, Kayt-Lynn Michelle Radford and Coby Ray Radford; siblings, Rena Foster, Dick Watkins, and Doc Watkins; special friends, Brad Williams and Randall Ogle; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Chilhowee Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Rev. Rex Everett officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
