Jarvis "Fly" Horace Fields, 67, passed away at the family home Tuesday, March 7, 2023.  He was born September 4, 1955.

Preceded in death by his parents, Lee Otis and Willie Mae Anderson Fields; brothers, Lee "Junior" Fields and John Benton Fields, Saris Andrew Fields, and James "Jim" Thaniel Fields; and sisters, Florence Pat Fields and Evelyn Gayle (Mayford) Hill.

Left behind: sisters, Jane (John) Tyler, Peggy (Randy) Brewer, Febia Fields; brother, Wayne Curtis Fields of Kokomo, IN; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; best friends, Teddy Orr and Roger Steele.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday, March 10, 2023 at Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, with funeral service to follow and Rev. Gary Cooper officiating, interment will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
