James Luther Giffin, of Greenback, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 23, 2024.  He was a veteran of the Army National Guard.  James was preceded in death by his parents, James Roscoe and Wilma Jean Giffin and brother, David Giffin.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Diane Giffin; son, Luke (Kristan) Giffin; grandchildren, Adam, Carson, and Callie Giffin; son, Mark (Beth) Giffin; grandchildren, Ben, Sam, and Will Giffin; twin sister, Mary Clendenen; brother, Bobby (Linda) Walker; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Big Springs Cemetery, Rev. Nick Perkins officiating.
