James Vernon Clouse, 76, of Rockford passed away Thursday, August 27, 2026. James was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed Native American artifacts.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Clouse; parents, Harley and Ruby Clouse.
Vernon is survived by his stepdaughter, Lisa; grandchildren, Kayla and Tyler; 2 great-grandsons; siblings, Teresa (Wayne) Mouser and Gerald Clouse; nephews Todd Clouse and Jason Mouser; and niece, Melody Pryor.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, August 31, 2026, at Clarks Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville
