James Edward Allison Jr. age 81, of Maryville, TN went to be with the Lord on Friday December 27, 2024. Jim was always a loving, gentle, kind and sweet husband and friend to many. He will be remembered as an exceptional Master Carpenter, artist and visionary. He loved the lord with with all his heart. He will be greatly missed by his dog (Coda Puppy) of which he loved very much. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of three years (Leila Allison). Leila would like to express that she greatly valued the short and special time she had with Jim. They were each other's world and loved each other very much. He will be greatly missed by special friends and family: Becky Hughes of Maryville, Johnny and Linda Hughes of Vonore, and Doug Hughes of Alcoa.  Dillard (Frog) Jones and Dodd Crowe of Maryville. Jim was preceded in death by his first wife of 55 years Linda Maxine (Mackie) Allison. Brother Michael Allison. Parents, James Edward Allison (Mary Helen Riddings). He is survived by children Mike Allison (Kim) of Coalfield, TN, Chad Allison (Jennifer) of Greenback, TN., Grandchildren: Miranda Emert (Jed), Cody Allison (Calista), Jake Allison (Sydney), Brady Allison, Siblings in Florida Marian Ann Allison, Danny Allison (Donna). Services will be held at Miller Funeral Home Friday January 3, 2024 Receiving of friends and Family at 1:00 pm, Funeral Service at 2:00 pm. Graveside Service at Grandview Cemetery at 3:00 pm.
