Gerald "Meathead" Lynn Bradburn, born on April 5, 1950, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 12. Gerald was the son of John and Thelma Bradburn and grew up alongside his brothers, Max Bradburn and Johnny Bradburn, and his sister, Laura Lee Stinnett.

He shared a 55-year marriage with his devoted wife, Carolyn S. Bradburn. Together, they built a loving family that includes their son Jerry Bradburn (Liz Bradburn), their daughter Crystal Dunn (Ernie Kirk), granddaughters Kailey Dunn, Kasidy Dunn, Annie Bradburn, and great-granddaughter Peyton VanSkiver. Gerald also leaves behind many close friends who he cherished their company and friendship.

A dedicated employee of Alcoa Aluminum Company, Gerald retired after years of hard work and commitment to his career. Beyond his professional life, he was an avid supporter of Maryville High School football and enjoyed life in the mountains.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Shane Humbert officiating, interment will follow at Old Piney Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
