Gail Sunderland November 10, 1943 – September 23, 2026

Gail Sunderland, age 82, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for the love, kindness, and cherished memories she shared throughout her life.

Gail was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Sunderland; her parents, Fred and Iva Clark; her sisters, Betty Clark, Vicky Clark, Patsy Clark Lee, Barbara Finger, and Linda Oliver; her brothers, Neil Clark, Tommy Clark, Kyle Clark, and Glenn Clark; and her special niece, Sherry Hatcher.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandy and Jeff Monger; her son, Kenny and Tina Sunderland; and her grandsons, Austin Finger and Javan Sunderland. She also leaves behind other family members and loved ones who will miss her dearly.

The family extends a special thank-you to UT Hospice and Tasha Jewel for their compassionate care, kindness, and support during Gail’s final days.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 28, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m., with Quentin Caldwell and Ron Sunderland officiating.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, at 11:00 a.m. at Carpenters Campground.

Gail’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
