Effie Sue Lawson age 69, of Maryville Passed away on August 22,2024.

Effie was preceded in death by; Mother Virgie Webb, father; Mayford Brewer, Husband; Cecil Lawson, grandson; DJ Henry and special friend Theodore (TJ) Jones IV.

She is survived by Susan Baxter and son in law (Kenny Baxter), numerous children and grandchildren that she took under her wings: grandchildren Amber (AJ) Bryant, James Theodore and Joseph Baxter, sister Nancy Bryant, brother-in-law Kenny Baxter, sister-in-law Sonya Walker, special friends Kathy Neely, Kim Ledbetter, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving friends and family between 5:00 PM to 7:00 Pm on September 2, 2024, at Miller Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel with funeral service at 7:00 PM with Bobby Fields, Lonnie Neely officiating Mrs. Lawson requests in lieu of flowers, make donations to Blount Pride or Free Mom Hugs.
