Effie Hatcher Cardin, age 83, died in her home in Louisville, TN on October 9, 2022. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Paul and Nancy; her former husband, Clyde; sisters, Mary, Wanda and Reba; brother, Billy; and step-son, Wayne. She is survived by her husband, Dennis; sister, Lucile; brother-in-law, Robert; niece, Ann; step-children, George, Dennise, Walter, Keith, Natalie, and Sally Jo; various grand- and great-grandchildren; various nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and several special friends. Services to be held Friday, October 14, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville, TN, officiated by Rev. Kenny Tucker. Gathering of friends and family to be held on Saturday, October 15, beginning at 11:00 AM at 129 Jerry Cardin Lane, Friendsville, TN.
