Edna Marie Martin, age 88 of Walland, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 28, 2022. God welcomed another special Angel into his heavenly home. Edna was preceded in death by her parents John and Lula Monday, her husband James Fred Martin, Sr. and son James Fred Martin, Jr; grandchildren James Matthew Bishop and Rebecca and Cade Sloan. Son-in-law Kenny Blair, sisters Louise, Ruby, Faye, Jean and Barbara Jean and brothers Wade, Sam, and Ernest. She is survived by daughters Sharon Hall (Eddie), Lesa Blair, Cindy Martin (Steve Gray), Barbara Sloan (Sam) and daughter-in-law Janice Martin. Sister Shirley King, 9 grandchildren and 20 great gandchildren. Special thanks to Asbury Place staff and hospice and Dr. Renee Hyatt. Special thanks to Jason Cheatham for his loving care throughout the final hours. Graveside service 2:00PM Saturday at Rocky Branch Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Rex Everett officiating.
