Edith Walker Dailey, age 91, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, January 14, 2026.  She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church, and loved gardening, cooking, traveling, playing cards and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Dailey; parents, Floyd and Nannie Walker; and sister, Sandra Walker.

Edith is survived by her children, Judy (Lincoln) Rhyne and Douglas (Gina) Dailey; grandchildren, Heather (Bart) Witek, Brent Dailey, Brittany Dailey, and Justin Mendoza; great-grandchildren, Stella Hmielewski and Silas Hmielewski; siblings, Wayne (Mary) Walker, Charles (Jheri) Walker and Linda Edmonds; special friend, Mary Longworth; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Edith's loving caregivers, Leila Fritts, Amy Gann, Martha Sparks, Rachel Whitehead, and Prisma Home Health and Hospice.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Rev. David Cooper officiating.
