Dorothy Ann King Helton, age 84, of Maryville passed away Thursday March 13, 2025, peacefully with her family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Donald Helton; parents, Bennie and Julius King; sisters, Marion Keller, Lillian King, Lola Bodle and Evelyn Clampet; brothers, Johnny King Sr. and Willard King; grandchildren, Donnie Gurley and Julie Helton Tyler; and granddaughter-in-law Altum Lane.

She survived by brothers, William King and Jack King; daughters, Betty (Viney) Gurley, Kathy (Carroll) Cates and Lora (Michael) Crowe; grandchildren, Joshua Cates, Gavin Kirby (Nikki Newman), and Alli- Grace Gilstrap (Cijay Garner); eight great grandchildren; seven great- great grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Miller Funeral Home, Rev. Mark Helton officiating.  Interment service will follow at 3:00 PM at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
