David Alan Lynn, 60, of Louisville went to be with the Lord on September 10, 2022.  David was born in Blount County on September 21, 1961.  He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Latham; parents, John and Nadine Lynn; and sisters, Gail Jenkins and Brenda Lynn.  He is survived by his grandchildren, Nathan Lambert, and Haley Lambert; siblings, Don Lynn of Maryville, Verlin and Marilyn Lyn of Maryville, Sheila Crisp of Robbinsville, NC, Ellis Lynn of Greenback, Adrian and Mary Lynn of Rockford, Janice and Thomas Vaughn of Rockford and Arthur and Kathy Lynn of Louisville; and several beloved nieces and nephews.  David was an avid outdoorsman with a deep love for the mountains and his family. "Davy Crockett" as he is known by friends and family, was loved by many with a great sense of humor.  When the Lynn boys are together the old timey memories and laughter flows.  He will be truly missed, and his memory will always ring within his family whenever a turkey gobbles or a bass is caught by the loved ones he left behind.  Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Farley Cemetery in Robbinsville, NC.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
