David Carl Baker Jr., age 76, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 14, 2023. He was a Mason and a Shriner, and served in the US Army serving during the Vietnam War and received the National Defense Service and Good Conduct Medals. David was preceded in death by his parents, David Sr. and Pauline Baker.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Anna V. Savina; children, Stephanie Carole (Jason) Welch and Karen Lynn Baker; grandchildren, Josalynn, Seth, and Alistair; great-grandchild, Oliver; siblings, Kenneth (Linda) Baker Sr. and Paulette (Todd) Robinson; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Hillview Baptist Church, Rev. John Whitehead officiating.
