Dannie Giles Cooper, age 67, of Maryville passed away Friday, October 16, 2026 at Parkwest Medical Center. He was a past master at Prudentia Masonic Lodge #719 Alcoa, TN and loved fishing.

He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, Malchus and Madge Cooper; brother-in-law, Mitchell Davis; niece, Autumn Davis; and great-nephew, Zayden Slagle.

Dannie is survived by his wife of 47 years, Robin Cooper; children, Dustin Cooper and Destiny Cooper; grandchildren, Kaiden, Camden, and Aubree; sister, Tammie Davis; niece, Morgan (Josh) Slagle; and great-nephews, Braxton and Finley.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Ballards Chapel Cemetery, Rev. Jim “Tater” Wells officiating.
