Dan Scott Jr., age 37, of Louisville, passed away Monday, July 10, 2023, at his home.  Dan was a participant of the Special Olympics, graduate of William Blount, and member of Gateway of Independence of Blount County.

He is survived by his parents, Dan and Teresa Scott; sister, Stacie Scott-Goble; sister/aunt, Audrey Hopkins; grandmother, Judy K. Hopkins; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, caregivers, friends and especially his precious niece and nephew.

A special thanks to everyone who touched Dan's life in your own special way, there are just too many to name.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Pastor Richard Gibson and Pastor Donald Bartley officiating.  Interment will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at Ballard's Chapel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
