Cindy Lou Wilburn, 65, of Maryville, TN, passed away on July 15, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Stella Wilburn; her brother, Donnie Wilburn; and her sister, Connie Eaton, along with many other beloved family members and friends.

Cindy is survived by her loving family, including Doris Ross, Brenda (Tim) Stumbo, and Nancy Lehman of Indiana; Peggy Wilburn, Dusty Wilburn, and Aunt Pat Lane of Tennessee; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special honorary children who held a special place in Cindy's heart include Jeana (Chris) Shipley and their daughter Isabella; Lance Anderson and his sons, Dean and Luke; and Rachel Lambert and her son Noah.

She also leaves behind her dear friends, Sharon Reggio, Fran Mejdecki, Gennia Cochran, Angie Daffron, and Karen Walker, who were a constant source of support and love in her life.

Cindy dedicated many years of service to Blount Memorial Hospital, where she built lasting friendships and great memories. She also spent several years working in Townsend, where she earned her real estate license and enjoyed helping others find a place to call home.

Cindy had a deep love for music, especially rock and roll. The Beatles and Eric Clapton were among her favorites, and she found great joy in attending concerts and sharing her passion for music with those around her.

Known for her sharp wit and great sense of humor she loved spending time talking, laughing, and making memories with her friends and family. Her warmth, quick jokes, and joyful spirit will be remembered and missed.
