Cindy Lee Turner Storie, age 46, of Maryville passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Mayo Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL after a long and valiant struggle with numerous medical conditions.  Cindy was born in Jacksonville, FL to Tom and Sandra Turner on June 16, 1976, the youngest of four sisters.  She grew up in Orange Park, FL where she graduated from Orange Park High School.  She then studied at Montreat College in Black Mountain, NC before moving back to Orange Park and working in sales.  She was a Senior Account Executive at Interline Brands for many years.  In 2009, she moved to Maryville, TN and soon thereafter met the love of her life, Russell Storie, who she married in 2013.

Cindy loved the Lord, her family, her friends, and her dogs.  She loved people and found something to like about nearly everyone and she was loved by so many.  She was caring, giving, generous, loving, and brave.  She loved to make others laugh.  She also enjoyed The Waltons, good food, and online shopping.

Survivors include her husband, Russell Storie; son, Brandon Storie; step-children, Landon and Leah Storie; parents, Tom and Sandra Turner; sisters, Sherry (Rick) Vest, Debbie (Glen) Chapman, and Karen (Chris) Wiggins; nieces and nephews, Connor Vest, Sarah Vest, Julie Chapman, Bryan Chapman, Cole Wiggins, Shelby Wiggins, Hunter Storie, Jaden Storie, and Hannah Storie.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Piney Level Baptist Church, 3527 Piney Level Church Rd. Maryville, TN 37803, with service to follow with Rev. Chris McInnis officiating.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
