Carl Samuel Murr, born August 11, 1952, passed away at home on October 12, 2024.

Preceded in death by mother, Odessa Dailey Murr and father Carl Murr. Sister Barbara Christenberry. Mother of Steven, Sharon Blalock Murr.

Survived by son Steven Murr and wife Jennifer, daughter Briana Stephens and husband Shane. Grandchildren Cash, Roman, Phoenix, and Gracelynn. Sister Brenda Hall and brother Tim Murr and his wife Madeline. Many nieces and nephews.

Carl retired from Rockford Manufacturing. He also served the city of Rockford for many years. Special thanks to friend and doctor Dr. Lyne at Rockford Manufacturing and special friend Phyllis. The family has requested in lieu of flowers to make all donations to Miller Funeral Home to defray funeral costs.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday October 16th, 2024, at 2 PM at Clarks Grove Cemetery with Rev. Randy Hall and Rev. Mark Grubb officiating. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home 915 W. Broadway Maryville, TN 37801.
