Brenda Laverne Patty McCall, of Friendsville went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, August 8, 2026, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stanley McCall; parents, Ralph and Georgia Patty; and siblings, Louise (Gene) Shockley, Gladys (Max) McNeilly, J.W. (Virginia) Patty.

Brenda is survived by her children, Denise (Martin) Rogers and Dena (Leander) McCarter; grandchildren, Travis (Brittany) McCarter, Patrick (Kathrynn) Rogers, and Brady (Tori) McCarter; great-grandchildren, Mason, Trever, and Pearson McCarter, and Charlotte Rogers, Wyatt Patton and Kensleigh Walker; sister, June (Bill) Ross; and several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Special thanks to beloved sister-in-law, Sharon Chambers, special friend, Wanda Smith and the UT Hospice Nurses and staff for all their loving care.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Marble Hill Baptist Church, Rev. Justin Davis and Rev. Lon Shockley officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00 PM Friday at Marble Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Marble Hill Baptist Church, 419 S Farnum St, Friendsville, TN 37737.
