Betty LaRue Young, 78, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, November 15, 2023.  She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Maryville.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Chuck Young; children, Todd (Heather) Young, Travis (Jackie) Young, Trey Young, Tessa (Justin) Hurst; grandchildren, Brandon (Cydney), Ty, Bekah, Karis, and Zane; and sister, Edie Field.

Betty will be remembered for her warmth and kindness among her family, church families, and all that knew her. She spent her life investing in others.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, November 20, 2023 at Broadway Baptist Church, Maryville, Pastor Tony Collins officiating. Interment will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday at Broadway Baptist Church.  Arrangements are with Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
