Bonnie Jones, age 80, formerly of Maryville, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Norris Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a loving mother who could brighten up the world with her smile. Bonnie retired after 30 years at Lakeshore Mental Health Hospital. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Gregory Everett; parents, John and Lizzie Jones; and brother, John Jones. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Smith and Sandra Loveday and husband, Steve; son, Sonny Gregory and wife, Jo Lynne; granddaughters, Kendra Smith, Kristen Gunter, Melissa Everett, and Kimberly Lynn Gregory; 4 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the wonderful nurses and CNAs at Norris Healthcare on 100 Hall, and a special thanks to all the others who loved little Bon-Bon and always had chocolate candy ready for her.
